What Google Safe Browsing site status measures
The check looks your URL up in Google Safe Browsing records and reports whether it is currently listed for malware, unwanted software, social engineering or phishing.
How to read your result
No unsafe content found is what you want to see, and it is what most sites get. A listing means Google crawled something harmful on your site, which on a normal business site almost always means a compromise rather than anything you did.
What to change first
If you are listed, clean the site before requesting a review, because a review on a still infected site fails and the cooldown makes the next attempt slower. Start by looking for recently modified files and unfamiliar admin accounts.
