How to read your result
The Google mockup is the useful one for most people, because it shows where your title gets cut off. Write the title in the editor until it fits, then copy it back to your site. The social previews are a bonus rather than the point.
What to change first
Rewrite any title that gets truncated in the Google preview. Front load the words someone would actually search for, and move your business name to the end where losing it costs nothing.

- Does editing the tags here change my website?
- No. The editor is a preview only, so you still have to copy the wording into your site or your SEO plugin.
- Why does Google show a different description than mine?
- Google rewrites descriptions when it thinks a passage from the page answers the search better. A clear, specific description gets kept more often.
